Happy Thursday

Today we went to the Teaser for the play. After that we got hand outs on how to know which formula to use on each problem. Tonights homework is the Chapter 11-4 packet! :)

We went over 11-1 homework for tonight, finish the WS and pg 586  1-5+10-22!!!!!!!!

So today we went over our homework (That I didnt do...oops!). We also took our test over LA & SA it was out of 6 points. Tonight our homework Pg. 568 2-20 EVENS ONLY!!! k byeeeee :)

So today we went over our homework (Pg. 531 1-17 23&34). We also learned how to find LA & SA for pyramids and cones. The formulas are Pyramids: LA= 1/2 pl SA= LA + B. Cones: LA=(3.14) rl & SA= (3.14) rl+(3.14)r^2. Tonight our homework is Practice 10-3 & 10-4 ALL problems! :) byeeee

Sotoday we learned about lateral area and surface area! :) lateral area is sides only the word "lateral" means sides. formula for lateral area is LA= ph. p= perimeter of the base H= height. formula for surface area is ph+2B. The formulas for a cylinder are LA= 2(3.14) r^2 h and SA=2(3.14)r^2+2(3.14)rh :) homework for tonight is Page 531problems 1-17 23&24
